How was that ride? I remember when they were first comming out with it they were makeing it out to be almost like a cruise ship with hotels and stores and stuff inside. I've never seen one personally, but I'm wililng to bet it just went to a cattle car like all the other passanger jets?

I got 10 minutes of stick time in an SH-60 SEAKING back in 1983 - Midshipman training - I really should buy Virtavia's SEAKING to compare.

Also, are you being testy, I'm pretty sure tigisfat was joking since his initial post included a bullet and aladdin's carpet. With his planes, he flew an A-12 and SR-71 but no props
Man, I remember this thread. Quite worth a few laughs back then.

you may wonder how a civilian was able to fly in these... Well my dad was a CO of a military base (Munster) and arranged a Kids Day for all the Military BRATZ!

Even though I have not been a passenger in most aircraft today I have gotten to get an inside look most of them

    wjwoodward (post #46):

Air Canada only flew DC-9 (30 series)-never had any MD80's, and Westjet is famous for having an all-B737 fleet!

BTW I live a couple of miles from CYHM!
