Editvoicepack does not work - Help!

Hi,

just downloaded editvoicepack. Whenever I try to run it to add just the default voices that are part of the zip-file, it starts fine but then after a couple of seconds crashes and tells me "source code not long enough" (or something similar in German). I have properly installed the >NET framework, so that should not be the problem (or maybe I haven't? How can I find out?)

Any hints?

Remove the sample callsigns for Challenge Air Cargo, CanJet, and Caravan.

Unfortunately the German sounds are not identical to the English, even though all spoken words are in English. There is significently more "noise" on the German sounds, and a few of the sounds have been replaced with a new recording of the same word.
