Download Limit Exceeded? I'm not downloading anything at present!

I've encountered a problem downloading add-ons here through FlightSim.com as of today. I had just booted up my computer and was going through my usual routine of checking for new add-on files for FSX. When I went to download a file, I received an error message saying that I had exceeded the download limit. Problem is, I'm not downloading anything at present so how can I be exceeding the limit?? Is this a glitch on your end, perhaps? Not sure which section of the forum to post this under, so I figured this one might be the correct one to start in. Please forgive me if I started this thread in the wrong section. Thanks in advance for any assistance regarding this issue.

At some point you or the Internet aborted a download and our software did not
catch it. All you have to do the reset the counter is log out and then log back in.
