    Default NTDLL.DLL error

Can anyone point me in the right direction for this error, I am getting a fatal error and when I check the error log the faulty module is NTDLL.DLL. This happens at all different times with all different planes different scenerys, today I took off at phoenis and it errored almost at liftoff, it restarted and I flew to LAX without incident, just now I flew from LAX to San Diego without incident, I minimized the sim while I wrote this and it errored out sitting on the taskbar. The error that happened on the taskbar is at the bottom of this post. Would appreciate any help

something else I just noticed, the vapor trail that comes off the wings is black instead of white, and none of the exterior lights work.

It's beginning to look like you got one of those skanky installs. It happens, and happened to me with a re-install a while back.
The thread in my previous post does include some things to try, but if all else fails:
PMDG's FSX Un-install/Re-Install Guide. *Note the "IMPORTANT" in Re-install section, #1. It's something we have stressed here constantly.

From what I have read, ntdll.dll errors are generally related to a system problem, but, with your specs that shouldn't be an issue. That doesn't mean it isn't.
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ntdll.dll error location is not only an FSX issue, it plagues others as well.
Google: Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ntdll.dll for lots of possibilities. There are a few that are FS related...Don
