Japanese Jeppesen charts

Im using Jeppesen charts a very kind Pilot friend of mine got me. UK, European etc charts are no bother but Japanese charts seem a bit more confusing.

I.E. London Heathrow star Ockham four bravo is listed on the FMC as OCK4B, Which is easy to understand. However Charts for RJTT will list a Dream south arrival and the FMC will list several Star's, none of which link in any way to the arrivals name.

What am i missing

I don't see any DREAM arrival current for RJTT. CREAM, maybe:
