Another question i have is.I am gonna get a 750w modular PS.But i see the one i have has a fan in front and fan going out back of case.Do i need to stick with this type of PS?.The modular ones have a big fan on top of PS.wont that blow the air up?I dont have a vent on top of my case either.Or does it suck the air in the PS and it vents out the back of case.Thanks.

Generally speaking PSUs ventilate heat out of the case. So a PSU top-mounted fan would pull hot air from above the PSU, thru the PSU, and ventilate out the back.

You may want to look into this concerning cooling and PSU placement:

Been digging thru some P67 mobo reviews lately and my choice would be the ASUS P8P67 Pro as it has a good feature set and is a good overclocker.

Ive had good luck with the ASUS p8p67 pro(3.1 rev.). make sure you have latest BIOS to keep from double posting on boot. Easy OC. I have Corsair 750 PSU. I cut hole in the top of my case to allow air to be pulled from the outside through the PSU. Anytime one can use external air things cool much better assuming room/ ambient temps are not 100 degrees! I keep room at 65 degress yr around. Computer heats the room

With that case, since the PSU mounting spot is at the top of the case, you would flip the OCZ 850w upside down (fan positioned downward) so as to draw air up thru the PSU and out of the system. Of course a top vent that allows outside cooler air to be pulled thru the PSU would be the ideal , but frankly I doubt it would matter unless under a most extreme ambient temperature scenario.

That case and power supply are fine together. Both boards look pretty similar to me so look for the bargain. Asus boards are a fun overclock.
