Default New to fsx and some problems

I loved fs9, and had no trouble mating multiple aircraft with new sounds and panels.

I have found that in fsx, at least half the aircraft seem incompatible, especially Posky models.

I have been unable to get the following aircraft to work:

    - Boeing 737-800 RYANAIR
    - Boeing 747-8f Fedex Posky
    - Boeing 757-200 Eastern Posky
    - Boeing FA-18 Hornet Combat
    - Airbus A300-600 Mahan Air by Harald Nehring
    - Boeing 737-200 Tinmouse
    - Boeing 747-400BCF United Parcel Service Posky
    - Delta Airlines B777-232LR Posky

The only common thread I see is that some are conversions from fs9, or that they are Posky aircraft.

I have tried many suggestions from these forums (gauge additions. .dll file additions etc)

I have yet to find a 777 that functions correctly.

    Any advice would be appreciated

Porting FS9 planes to FSX is a study in frustration. Eventually, you will find that it is easier to just migrate to FSX native planes.

For the POSKY planes you'll need the FSX models and merge an FSX native interior model with them.
The 777(use the default 737 interior), 744 and 748(use the default 747 interior) are the only planes POSKY has made FSX native models for.

Thomas Ruth has quite a few Airbus models that work great in FSX.

I don't have the 738 or F/A-18, other than default, so I can't help with those.

If you search here for individual POSKY "merges" you can probably find the info to get your planes to work. I use their latest FDE package(s) also.
The biggest problem I've had with POSKY is matching the models to the liveries for the engines to show properly.

The bottom line is, some will work and some won't no matter how much you do...Don
