Can't see the runway

When I was flying fs9, I could type in "Shift+Enter" to see over the panel. This does not work in my fsx.

All I can do is to cycle the panels, but then the 0% transparency obscures the runway.

I've tried a second window which shows the track of the aircraft, but this also doesn't work well.

Is there a way to fix this?

try Cntrl+Q and Shift+Cntrl+Q

Cntrl+Q works great.

One has to keep the keys pressed down until you get the view you want (unlike Shift+Enter)
