    Default 747-800 (default) Radio Help

    Hi all,
    I am trying to make an ILS approach to Newark Airport. The frequency for runway 4R is 104.7. My question is, why doesn't the 747 nav1 go down past 108? When it gets to
    108, it goes back up to 117. I am not professional or even a real pilot, just a wannabe, so I apoligize if it a dumb question.

    The default KEWR has 108.7 for 4R.

    Where are you getting 104.7?

    The NAV won't go that low because there are no NAV frequencies below108.0

    thats right, there are no ILS freq below 108, if you think its 104, check it again instinctively you know such number doesnt exist.

    102.7 is WNEW
