Baron 58 rxp dreamfleet

Hi guys, I have just purchased the Dreamfleet Baron 58 RXP for FS9 and I am having problems. The installation went fine, the Garmin installed and no errors what so ever, however when I open FS9, Select the Baron 58 and press Select Aircraft FS9 shuts down and im back to the desktop. Having gone through the forums I have seen people saying its because I am not running the latest RXP .DLL.

I would try the new .DLL but I do not know where to find it on the RXP website. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Since you give no information about your system it's kind of difficult. If you are running a 64bit system, you will have to buy the RXP 430 or 530 WAAS units - there is no free upgrade from the old versions that were used on the Baron, and those will not run on a 64bit system.

Hi David my system isnt 64 BIT. Its quite old, im running an AMD 3800XP 2gig of ram on Windows XP, With a NVIDIA 6800 ULTRA GFX Card. Would love to get this working ASAP.

Does the trainer run as a stand alone program? If it does then I suggest you send Jean-Luc an email at RXP and explain your situation and he should be able to provide you with the updated .dll in question - as you noticed in the the other thread it was posted in 2006 and the product is long since obsolete and not online any more. You might also go over to the Flight1 forums and put a post in the Reality XP forum there and one of the folks might be able to help you out. You might also look in your modules folder - there may be several Reality XP dll's there - Reality.dll, RXPFLS.dll, and RxpSrv.dll; right click them, look at properties, and post what versions you have by PM to me.
