Does anybody know of any aircraft that once were payware but now are free, besides simTECH's aircraft? It can be for any FS or CFS. Scenery, maybe.

Before they closed shop, AlphaSim released many older models as freeware. Search alphasim in the libraries, here and elsewhere.

If you gave a couple of monkeys a box of ballpoints, enough paper, and enough time, they'd eventually finish up writing the complete works of Shakespeare
Just a note - your e-mail address better be elitist enough for these snobs or they won't accept your registration; and you can't even read a forum message, much less download, without registering.
After being registered there for years, I received this:
Do you not have an email address issued by your Internet Service Provider? .....
Yes, I do. My provider is ATT, they give me a Yahoo account ...which SOH doesn't deem worthy. (nor will they accept hotmail, myway, or muchomail)

Now makes sense why they end up banning my e-mail address, even though I only registered and logged in once.
Edit: I saw this message:
..... Due to changes forced upon us by hackers, spammers and problems we have received from members with anonymous email addresses such as yahoo, hotmail and gmail in the past we were forced to ban these types of addresses for registration purposes. Do you not have an email address issued by your Internet Service Provider? .....
Now that makes even more sense. Sorry, but I don't know what is an Internet Service Provider.

The Internet Service Provider is the "guy" who charges you a certain amount of money each month, to let you send and receive emails, surf the internet, search information (Google, etc...), buy and sell things (ebay, etc...). He makes it also possible for you to ask questions on this forum (and others...), and receive the answers.Sorry, but I don't know what is an Internet Service Provider
He's also the one that gave you your actual email address.
Does this answer your question?

Unfortunately, even having a valid Email address through a recognised ISP doesn't help. I used to be a long time registered member there, but was de-registered due to being inactive for a while. Now, when I try to access my account there, I get similar messages saying my Email address is banned. I can't even re-register. And my Email address is Ozemail.com.au, a well known ISP that was taken over by IInet.
Pretty frustrating but I've given up trying to jump through hoops to get re-registered again.
