Sunday is one of those days I like to sit in my jeep and watch a few flights at Diamond Point.

One of the residents owns this hot rod yellow Mustang, engine didn't sound just right to me.

That yellow 'stang zipping thru the clouds was a welcome treat to watch!

Hearing that engine popping like that, I started praying!

Stang was trailing some light smoke... hoping it wasn't to series.

Heavy smoke trailing now... prop still turning!

Wow! Harding landing, but still in one piece!

As the 'stang comes to a rest... a dozen of us grabbed fire extinguishers and ran to his aid!

Roush Aviation specialize in rebuilding Merlin and Packard engines, put this beauty back in the air and I'll be sitting in my jeep once again watching the yellow 'stang zip thru the clouds!
