My favorites are http://flightaware.com and http://www.aeroplanner.com- aeroplanner offers
    STANDARD TERMINAL ARRIVALS (STAR)
    INSTRUMENT APPROACH PROCEDURES (IAP)
    STANDARD INSTRUMENT DEPARTURES (SID)
    RADAR INSTRUMENT APPROACH MINIMUMS
    IFR TAKEOFF MINIMUMS
    (OBSTACLE) DEPARTURE PROCEDURES
    IFR ALTERNATE MINIMUMS
    AIRPORT DIAGRAMS
But both are similar and FREE- They provide just about every bit of info needed for flight planning-The other links provided here also offer many varied pieces of info.

I would like some info on where to get European STARS and SIDS and airport info also. Do countries only do for their own or is there a "Universal" source for that info.

Charts are available at the Vatsim site.

I'm not aware of a Universal source for European charts. That doesn't mean one doesn't exists. What I do when searching for a non-US airport chart, I put the ICAO, airport name, and city with chart/diagrams/plates in a search box. For example, "EGLL, Heathrow, London airport chart" You probably can find most European charts that way. Some countries might not have that information readily available due to security concerns.

If you're looking for charts for the FSX stock airports then you'll need versions dating back to the spring of 2005.

    Search Avsim for apchart.zip.
