Smoke FX?

Recently all of my planes, (jets, props, default, and 3rd party) started leaving smoke trails. It is indipendant of the actual smoke fx because I can turn that on and off at the same time and it is a different color. Also it is a single smoke trail direct from the center line of the aircraft even if it is multi engine. I was wondering if there is some type of universal effect because I dont think it is anything is the aircraft folder.

I have noticed something similar, primarily on start up. It usually disappears once in flight. I rather like the effect, seems realistic for the engine to cough smoke on start up...my guess is that one of the add on aircraft instaleld a smoke fx file in the effects folder. Now, that you hve me thinking about it, I'm going to check the effects folder when I get home from work and see if anything new is there.
