Premier Aircraft Design have available for download excellent freeware FSX & FS2004 Embraer E190 flyable models in a number of liveries (www.premaircraft.com).
Please be mindful of the very sad news from PAD about the recent passing of Jean-Pierre Brisard (see notice on Flightsim & PAD sites).

Sense this is the FS2004 forum, those planes are all for FSX. I just download the 190 and it looks like you could use it in 2004 if you place the aircraft folder from the simobejects folder in the aircrafts folder of fs9. Something else I noticed is that the GPWS call outs sound has to be found as it doesn't exist in fs2004. You could add a gauge that will do callouts though.

PAD has a specific FS2004 aircraft section, as well as one solely for FSX.
The Embraer E190 features in both.
