Fatal error panels.dll

Hi
Can anyone help me, I have been getting fatal error up quite often which stops and restarts the simulator, I have looked all over google and have found nothing . Here is the error:

I have only just managed to over come two other errors to get the simulator installed, and then when i think i have done it, BAM fatal error appears, it is imposible to complete a flight and have spent many more hours on forums then on fsx.
So if anyone can help resolve this error It will be much appreciated. And I have tried the UIAutomationCore fix with no luck.

Have you installed any add-on panels recently? If you did, remove/uninstall and see if that fixes the issue. If this is a virgin install, have you applied the SP1/SP2 or Acceleration? If you have not, install the SP's one by one, at least up to SP2.

It would help greatly too if you gave us your system specs!

Only thing I can see is that OP is running FSX-SP1 (10.0.61355.0), no SP2 installed. Googling the error revealed addons as the mayor cause for this error.

Thanks for reasponding, sorry I am a newbie to forums.
This was a reinstall to get rid of this problem, which didn't work, so I did not install sp2 to see if that caused this error however it still happened with just sp1. so I have just installed sp2 which has not helped either, And I have no add-ons installed at the momment.
