Fix for GoFlight TQ6 Throttle Reversers

The only problem with my TQ6 from GoFlight is that when going to full throttle, you have a tendency to hit the "Reverse Throttle" buttons. To fix this I made a plate that would keep the throttles from reaching that far. I also had to make the throttle levers a little wider as you can see in the pics.
