Multiple Monitor/USB Monitor Question

Hi: I will try to make this question understandable! I currently have two monitors running in FSX (Vista Ultimate)...I am considering the purchase of one of those small USB monitors for use as a dedicated GPS...Here's the question: Will I be able to drag the GPS to the USB monitor, given the fact that I am already using two monitors? Thanks for the advice...

I'm running FS9 with 3 21"monitors on a triple head2go on 1 DVI port of a NVidia8800GT, on the other port is a VRInsight CDUII; and then I have 2 10"USB monitors attached via a USB-hub with the expanded gauges on them. I think you have to run FS in windowed mode, extend the desktop to all monitors in Windows and then you should like me be able to drag all windows in FS to whereever you want them.
