Default FSX CTD after installing PMDG MD-11 Livery

I just reinstalled the PMDG MD-11 after I accidentally deleted some of the sids/stars, and I playe FSX just fine. But after I installed the American livery, when I loaded FSX up, before coming to the main screen (select aircraft, fly now) it said 'A Fatal Error Occured' an CTD. I uninstalled the MD-11, and the same error still occured. I repaired FSX with disc one, and this time it said 'FSX has encountered an error and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience'. What keeps happening? I'm running FSX SP2 on Windows 7 Professional.

Try removing the service pack(s) and then running the repair...Don
