Install FS2004 on Win 7

Hello,
Hope someone might be able to lend a hand. I have Win 7 (64bit) with FSX installed (outside the default folder installation) and due to stutters and FPS problems would like to install FS9 also.
I was wondering if someone would be able to provide info on how to install FS9 with FSX installed. Also, I have a registered copy of FSUIPC......would this be able to be used with FS9 and FSX....if so how would I install so that both have FSUIPC.
Any other advise greatly appreciated.

There are two different versions of FSUIPC (one for FS2004 and a different one for FSX) so you would need to install the correct one in each FS setup you have.

Installed and all is working great......thanks so much your instructions were perfect. One question I have though......I searched the web for a solution, but cant find one. I have Squawkbox 4 installed and running with FSX. However, on FS9 the only drop down on the modules tab is FSUIPC......any ideas on how to get Squawkbox to run from the modules menu inside FS9?

Sorry, I cannot help on the Squawkbox issue - never have used the program.
