PMDG 747 And 737 problems

Hello I just donloaded the PMDG 737's and 747's but I have A few Problems The 737 auto pilots dont work and when I try to reselect both engines it always just selects engine 1 instead of both and the 747 crash the simulator right after I installed the 737 Help wold be Aprreciated
