Signature Banner

Hi to whom it might concern. Trying to get my signature banner up. Have uploaded to fighltsim.com/pub (think thats right! Hope so!), think the URL is

ftp://ftp.flightsim.com/pub/KMFsig2.gif

... is that right? If it is, it should bring it up ....shouldn't it???

If I have made a mess, then please forgive me, I am trying hard to obey the rules.

No, do not upload it to flightsim.com/pub. Just upload it to the forum using the link above the post that says "Click here to upload your file".

Once it is uploaded, make sure it is within the limits, and paste the link in the signature section of the User Menu.

Sorry Jeff but I do not get that option, There is no link that says "File Upload Enabled Click here to upload your file" above my post? There are only three choices given and that is not one of them. Perhaps you get a fuller option than I do? I have carefully followed the rules ref size etc but am not having any success in using my banner!!!

That can't be right. :-) When you click the post link and the box comes up in which you type your message, there should be an upload link (as shown above) directly above the message box.

Luckily, the new software is VERY close to installation at this forum (it's already being used at the train-sim.com forums.

I thought it might have to do with how the threads are viewed, so I just changed it, and I still had the Upload link available. Sometimes strange things happen!

Still not getting the choice, all I have is:

HTML Tags Enabled etc
Image Links Enabled etc
Emotion Icons etc
