Restore single AFCAD airport file?

Is there a way to restore a single airport back to the default that has been changed using AFCAD? I have several AFCAD files on my system I use and want to keep so I do not want to do a restore of the entire default airports. Is there an easy way to do this?

If not, can someone email me an AFCAD file for KEWR using default gates and taxi ways (additional gates OK if you have added them for the default scenery)?
