Thread: Project Fokker crashes Fs9

    Default Project Fokker crashes Fs9

I have fs9.1 right now,and decided to download project fokker 70/100.
There are no error notifications or anything about the gauges, however as i click "Fly" my fs9 stops working.I just get a message saying "fs9.exe stopped working"
    I dont really know what's wrong.Any Ideas?

EDIT- this only happens with the fokker 70 and fokker 100 if I launch the flight from the fs9 menu, but I can only fly the fokker 100 if i fly an aircraft before that and change it

    Hello,

From time ago .. it's suggested (for avoid any troubles) to start FS2004 with a default flight
Default flight = default aircraft + default scenery (airport)
When in ... proceed to your changes if any needed (aircraft-scenery .. etc ..)
You can read this suggestion in some readme of aircrafts (usually the payware one's)

Also make sure you have a recent FSSound.dll - the one Project Fokker provides is very old!

    Mine is - file version - 1.6.0.15

PM me with yer e-mail addy, and I'll send it to you.

Also, there is a way to change the fs9.cfg file to accept "OLD modules"

I can't copy and paste it, cuz I didn't need it with the newer version

    Somebody here can show you

In a couple of days, cuz I gotta leave now for surgery - YUK!

I actually modified my cfg before getting fokker because of project tupolev crashing because the Fssound.dll wont work, but i got it working by making the program accept old modules.
