Thread: SBuilder9 Trees.

  1. Default SBuilder9 Trees.

After using SBuilder9 to show a clear background for an airfield, everything looks good, except for a large amount of trees appearing.
Does SBuilder have a Exclude function, that works in the clearing process, or do you have to use the old ExcBuilder program to get rid of the trees. If so, is there procedure to use to accomplish this.

It's all in the texture you select for your airport background.

If you use the same ones FS uses for default airports they will automatically suppress autogen trees and buildings.

I do not have access to my FS PC right now, but I think you want to use an assembled texture.

If you look in the terrain.cfg you will find the entries for airport backgrounds, those are the ones you want.

I'm willing to try anything, where do I find these files/folders?

Read this sbuilder tutorial, it should help with the trees.
