Thread: Adding new aircraft FSX

    Hi guys
    I'm having problems adding downloaded arcraft from here, into the FSX, is there anything I should do after unzipping the file???

    If you are talking about freeware, read the instructions that are usually included with them. For payware, the install is usually automatic.

    Just add the main folder containing files such as 'Model', 'Panel', Sound', 'Texture' ect. into the main airplanes folder (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Sim Objects\Airplanes).

    Also, if it has 'Effects' or 'Gauges' folders, add them to their corresponding folders in the main FSX directory.
