Updating payware scenery ?

HI all,

I am looking for some help/guidance to update some airport from the Sim Wings Spanish Airports packages.

Many of the airports have changed with new ramps, taxiways and runways added and I would like to update FS to reflect this.

Trouble is, I can't decompile the files to edit them. BGL2XML doesn't work on the scenery bgl's and neither does bglanalyze.

It sounds like the bgl files are created using tools prior to FS9. In that case you would most likely need to use a tool such as Airport For Windows or FSSC. Both of these are now pretty much replaced for FS9 and FSX. You may also need to consider updating these airports starting on the stock airport if you want to have them created using current tools (XML based)
