Troubles with Shutdown-screen at XP after Install FS2002

Hi Friends!
Hope you can help me. Since Install FS 2002 my Notebook (using Windows XP) doesnt swith off by himselfe (have to swith off with the power-button).

Does anyone have the same problem, does anyoneone know's the patch-file for this poblem, or can help me?

first thanks for your help, but i'm little stupid in this way...
what i have to notice when i will update my display adapter driver...
do you mean the driver from my grafic-card or thedisplay adapter driver from Windows XP
