Overland A319 throttle?

I use Overland Simmer's Sky A319. When I do my taxi I have my throttle to idle but the speed stays at around 20knots. Can anyone tell me why is tha and if I can fix it?

Check in aircraft.cfg for this chapter (in the example it's not from the overland but from Project Airbus) and the bold stance
You can try this number (0.20) or eventually less ... and test your iddle speed.
