Baron Reality XP doesn't work - need Baron Lite

I can't get the Reality XP GPS to work on my Windows 7 System. How can I switch to Baron Lite? Do I have to buy it even though I've already bought and paid for the Baron Reality XP?

If you bought your current Baron in the past 30 days, you can go to Flight1 and get a refund. Otherwise, you will have to buy the Lite version or file a trouble ticket and negotiate a possible trade with Flight1. The old version of the RXP GPS that comes with the Baron will not work on 64 bit systems. Dreamfleet's website is ancient and doesn't properly spell that out.

Try this file: no 530 - PANEL.zip.txt
Rename it to n0 530 - panel.zip and extract the panel.cfg inside it into the baron's panel folder and rename it to panel.cfg.
Backup the existing panel.cfg first.
You get to keep the RXP ADI and HSI.

Hi I have just purchased this product and have the exact same issue. Could some one point me in the right direction of the DLL? I have been on the RXP Website but cannot find anything relating to a new service DLL

There is no "service DLL" - the RXP GPS gauge used in the DF Baron is obsolete and will not run in a 64 bit system. If you want to replace the original gauges you will have to buy the new GNS430W or GNS530W gauges. See my comments in post #2...
