2nd that..... I flew first time (RW) in the Cherokee PA28-180 several weeks ago. That evening I had to buy Carenado's Cherokee. Stunning. Every detail is replicated! (except the real one was IFR-rated; Carenado's isn't)

Couple that with a yoke 'n pedals and you have one serious training machine. By all means if they (Carenado) have the right trainer, get it, it's worth EVERY penny!!!

Thanks man, that piper is actually one of the small aircraft I can choose to do my training in!! Was it fun?? I wish I got got to go in the seat of a piper!

Most absolutely! The CFI allowed me to sit in the pilot's seat for the flight and control some (he knew I was "flight literate"). I want to go one more time again for a little longer flight, before I decide about going for my PPL.

It may just be me, but for myself I'd rather choose a Piper (or similar low wing AC) over a Cessna.
