Washington DC Update - Security Issue???

Is anyone else having problems with the Washington DC update ( washdcx1_0.zip ). I downloaded it yesterday, Sat 2/5, from Flightsim.com. After unzipping the file, I run it (as administrator) and get a message from my Norton Security Suite that the program is behaving suspiciously. Then Norton removes (quarantines) the .exe file.

Just my humble opinion,but Norton is the problem,not Washington DC update....I threw Norton away 3-4 years ago......WashDC update installed on my rig no problem...Lou

Comodo alerted on a couple of registry key changes, but that's normal for an install.
