I installed SP2 but when I launched FSX, it said that my graphic card does not support shader and that it needs a geforce3/Radeon 8500 in order to run. What should I do?

The Wilco A-380 runs fine on XP SP3 with FSX SP1.
Not sure what OS the OP is using but that can be the issue.

Could it simply be that the computer is running out of resources to run the sim with that addon properly? I am not even sure these specs meet the minimum requirements for FSX... :/

That machine has to be 3 or 4 years older then this thread.
More then likely the onboard video card won't handle it on top of the processor being way on the low side.
