Myself and others who haven't done whatever conversion you are working on will need a lot more info!
Is this an update from FS9 to FSX? Panel Merge? Panel update?
What have you done so far?
Is the Radio gauge(s) called for in panel.cfg gaugexx= line in the folder or cab denoted before the "!"? A little more project background please...Don
Oh sorry. I'm referring to the manual that was posted by Dave Nunez on how to convert Overland aircraft to work in FSX. Here is the excerpt which outlines the panel conversion. It does look like the COM and NAV is called for.
Panel.cfg changes:
Copy the files Boeing747-400.cab, PAP737NG.CAB, PAP744_W.CAB, PAP767_W.CAB and PAP777_W.CAB from your fs9/gauges folder into the panel folder.
In the [Vcockpit01] section, replace all the gaugeXX sections with this:
gauge00=Boeing747-400!Primary Flight Display, 0,0,265,270
gauge01=Boeing747-400!Multi-Function Display, 256,0,260,270

gauge03=PAP744_W!EICAS Display_02, 276,244,285,278
In the [Vcockpit02] section, replace the entire gagueXX section with this:

That folder/cab/.gau/.dll will have to be in either the panel folder or FSX Gauges...Don
There is a "PAP777_W.cab in the panel folder but there may be another 777 CAB. I'll look. thank you!
You need to find "boeing777-300" it may be a .cab, a .gau, a .dll, or a folder. It contains the gauges themselves. Once found, it should be placed in either the panel folder of the target aircraft, or FSX/Gauges...Don
boeing777-300.gau is/was a default gauge in FS9. If you don't find it, there are sure enough equivalents found in FSX.
It's only a radio stack after all.
Wim
Yes! I found it! it was the 777-300.gau hiding in the fs9 gauges folder. That wasn't very evident in the instructions but considering all the work Mr. Nunez put in, I can hardly fault him. I now have my radio stack and we're good. thanks very much
