Default Creating dirt layers with Corel Paint Pro X

Does anyone have experience using this program that can show me how to recreate dirt layers on an aircraft? I have been told it takes many layers to build it up and so far I have done some god awful looking dirt layers. Guess it would look a little better with more experience tinkering with it.

But I was looking for advice on a different method to start a dirt layer.

    Hi Mav.

Could you try to adapt this tutorial to your editing suite. Don't know if that's possible.

That hit the spot Simon! sorry for the late response to this reply, was busy painting a Phantom! One thing though, I got bombarded by spam all over the screen! That looks kinda like what I was being taught. I will have to look into applying that and that will definately help me out! Like I said I haven't put much time into my dirt layer (otherwise known as weathering) skills. I need to take the time and read that out. Be much better if I could print it out, so I will wait until I get home and download a print out of the entire page! Hopefully it wont kill my ink and paper lol

This site is sweet and it had its own tutorial section for Corel Paint shop Pro users! This is exactly what I was looking for and the formatting is just like here! So that is a plus! Thanks Bean!

Simon I was able to convert it into a Adobe doc by copying and pasting everything. But jeeze all that "HEY YOU CLICK HERE!" stuff was driving me nuts! Its a good tutorial by the way thank you! Just like what Mark was teaching me with a little more detail into it! I am going soak all this up like a sponge!
