What size are 777 PFD, ND and EICAS screens?

I know that on a 747-400 the screens are 8" x 8", but what are they on 777? The same?

According to the Honeywell site, they measure 6.7" x 6.7"

The display units (DUs, i.e. the box containing the display) are 8 inches by 8 inches.
