When taking Instrument check ride I keep failing at approx. the same location. After procedure turns on chart I am inbound to Boeing Fld. ILS 13R. I have localizer centered, have intercepted glide slope and needle horizontal. At 90kts, 10deg. flaps. Shortly after outer marker (NOLLA) at about seven plus miles out is when I fail. Also I will occasionally go more than 10 miles to 10.3 or 10.4 on procedure turn but do not fail at that time.
