CH VPPRO failing

Although the VPPRO was working well up to now with operating system Win XP SP 3 and using driver chanlg07 but upon a new start of FS 2004 latterly the allocation of the keys is displayed wrongly. After de- and reinstallation of chanlg07 the stick is recognized by the system, its status is “active” and “ready to operate” also the calibration works well with FS 2004. Only the key allocations remain wrong as follows: 1 = 1, 2= 2, 3 = -, 4 = 4, 5 = 1, 6 = 6, 7 = 4, 8 = 10, 9 = 10, 10 = 2. The viewing directions of POV are not adjustable. Plugging off/on of stick along with systems restart between does’nt work. Regrettably CH Products Customer support doesn’t reflect on my request.
Beyond that the FS starts in full screen mode, the menu bar cannot be activated.
Who knows the reason and solution for this problems ?
