Help Abacus A380 and Fspassenger Fs2004

Hi, flying the Abacus A380, and in Fspassengers, when i climb above FL 140 an announce saying the people is sick by altitude and could die and if not descent inmediately appears. I tried to APU Air Oxygen and everything in pedestal but doen't work. Any of you have got this problem?

I am not familiar with wither the aircarft or the add-on but it seem possible that cabin pressurisation isn't turned on.
