loading problem with Capt. Sim

Changed to a new 1TB hard drive on and for Windows XP. My four Cap Sim disks wont load and keep telling me it's a loading in error. No luck trying to contact CapSim for help. The old 80 ghb hard drive is also still installed. Had no problems with the previous install. All else with FSX loaded fine. What am I doing wrong ? Please respond MM

Says internal server error. could Capsim's server be off line. There's no way to contact their tech support. MM

Internal Server error is on Capt Sim's end. Until you can contact them and they resolve the issue, I'm afraid you are SOL...Don

OK, There is no real way to contact CapSim. They make sure you have very little chance of doing so. Would talking to FSPilot shop help ? I mean, they sell their products, they are the ones standing to lose a lot of money. And from what I see and understand, many customers of CapSim products are also frustrated. Any suggestions how to get CapSim to correct their internet server ? [ so I can load $250 bucks worth of their airliners back into my comp. ] I'm really at a loss not being able to fly my FSX/CapSim airplanes. Flying real 757's is just not as fun. [sigh] Please reply, mm
