Can you create WOAI packages?

Hi,

I just want to ask if there is any possibility to create a
WOAI package by myself?
I'd like to make a 'Binter Canarias' pack, because now, the canary
islands' traffic is not that real now...

im not sure its possible for you to make a WOAI package. because if you make it then its not a WOAI package unless your part of the WOAI team. you can make it yourself. there are some summer 2010 flightplans available here in the library and the repaints are on avsim. you will need a program such as ai flight planner to compile the traffic files. This tutorial will help with understanding the basics of AI Traffic files. it will be very helpful for you it was for me:
