Thread: WOAI Problem

  1. Default WOAI Problem

    Hi all

Just installed WOAI for FS9 and i get the airline i downloaded's AI (eg British Airways). Im also getting the FS9 default aircraft as AI (eg soar 777). Is there anyway i can disable the default AI?

I think i may have a problem with my registry as i had to manually input my FS9 directory

    Cheers

Hi Andy; just rename your default traffic file to traffic 030528.bgl.bak or move it to a safe place for future use. David

    Hi Andy,

Just to add to what David mentioned... You might want to head over to http://www.projectai.com/ and look for the special package to add all your GA traffic back in - providing you want it... They have a special package just to do that... If you rename your default traffic bgl - "ALL" your traffic will vanish except those that are added by other installers such as PAI or WOAI... PAI restructured the site - you may have to poke around a bit... I also use the payware by HTAI as it adds a great deal of traffic with all kinds of Cessna's... That is here - if interested: http://www.htaimodels.com/

I would suggestion to use this AVSim.com filename : delete_default_ai_traffic_v1.3.zip They will remove all of it's fake airlines remove only and leave all it's general aviations traffic in your FS2004.

    Good luck.

Another great solution to retain GA aircraft can be found here:

We all owe Reggie and friends a huge "thank you" for compiling these replacements!

Amen to that. It's great to be able to rid oneself of the default jet airliners and keep all the GA, improved GA at that. Thanx, Reggie.
