Thread: I have a problem with Fspilot shop

  1. Default I have a problem with Fspilot shop

    Hi,
I don't know if this relevant to this forum but I'd like to ask other developers.
I developed VTBS armi_tic Project with my friend, Armi. We sent this scenery to FSpilopt shop. Up to now we still don't get the money from FSpilot nor any e-mail regarding our request. The last e-mail mention that we need to wail for another month since we got below 30$. After 3 months, we got 70$ but still no money transfer. We e-mail to them but no answer back at all.
Are there anyone got this problem before? How we can solve this? I think this just some miss understanding. But we cannot find any way to remedy this.
    This is our scenery http://www.fspilotshop.com/product_i...eenshot_images.
This is the review of our scenery. http://www.flightsim.com/main/review/suvarn.htm
Sorry that I have to post this. But we cannot find any forum in FSpilotshop.
    Best Regards,
    Tic

Tic, I'm sure someone higher up within this forum or an fspilotshop employee will answer to your on-going quiry, but my understanding based on what you've made so far ($70) from your product, seems not enough to send via bank transfer. Or, may be enough for the bank transfer fees but you may end up with very small amount after transfer. This is on the assumption that you prefer bank transfer method and that you're in Thailand. Most developers use Paypal for fast transfer and convenience, so you might want to set up your own account for that.
    Edited for speeling..

I second the thought of a paypal account.....it's fast. Perhaps this was a project of passion, I see alot of nice work and detail went into it, but my suggestion would be that if you wanted to make 100x that amount, do a scenery that more people would buy. If financial gain is not an issue, then you can disregard that idea.
