Power management fsx+acc/ window seven

Hello friends
sorry for my english and I realise that this is not the right forum for my quastion.
Excuse me.
Can someone help me please.
I am trying EFA2000 and is flying well .. but..
her power is setted like a rocket.
e.g. the power range is setted with afterburner engage at 50% of throttle range that means that from IDLE to full power (MIL) the throttle range is less then 50%.

Considering that the powerfull of this plane at full power is so great, is very hard to manage small changes in power and the formation flight is quite impossible without using the autopilot.
The question is :
Could someone halp me to change the aircraft.cfg to meke the throttle working to Mil Power in about 80% of his total range ?

Or, could you suggest some tutorials or docs about to modifie the power management of FSX airplanes ?
