For this last one I had FS minimized while I was tweaking an airfield with ADE9X. I brought up FS just in time to catch this...

As one Caravan was taxiing down to the active end another landed right over the top of it, going the other way. And it didn't go around! Never thought I would see that.

All FS9, mostly default, with a few mods.
