The Dell 610D is a mainstream laptop for student/business use.
With its slow processor and weak graphics adapter, it is simply not capable of running FSX at anything much more than low settings.
Put simply, it just isn't a laptop for gaming.
Furthermore, being a laptop, it is not upgradeable in ways that would help FSX. A quick check for upgrades on Dell's website shows only the availability of additional RAM and, given the other limitations, adding more RAM would not help FSX. My suggestions are (A) adjust your FSX settings to levels consistent with what your hardware can handle, (B) try applying as many FSX performance tweaks as you can (try here, here and here for starters) and (C) if none of that works out to your satisfaction, consider moving on to a more capable system.
