Hi all
I've been running FSX Deluxe on Windows 7 64 bit without too many problems - other than it seems slower than running on Vista 64 bit, which was my previous OS. I have activated FSX Deluxe successfully on my new Windows 7 system. My system has an NVIDIA GTX295 graphics card; 12Gb DDR3 RAM and an Intel quad core i7 3.2Ghz.
I very recently (last few days) purchased the FSX Acceleration Pack from Amazon, and after I installed it, I was never offered the opportunity to activate the software, as I was expecting to have to do from reading the installation instructions. I also could not find any way to activate it from toolbars etc.
When I then loaded up FSX with the new Acceleration Pack, I got the following error screen (see attached jpg). I followed the instructions on this screen, but I can still not find out how to activate the Acceleration Pack.
Last night, after playing on FSX for about 40 mins, the program then suddenly quit, telling me that my trial period had expired and I could no longer use the software until it was activated
Could anyone please tell me what I'm doing wrong - or what I need to do.
Thanks very much in advance.
