    Default Anyone home at Saitek?

It's been 10 days since my first registration to access the forums at Saitek, and I still haven't received a confirmation email, Tried twice more since then, and I get no response at all. I have no email filters in place that would have an effect. Thoughts?

Check your spam bucket - that's where it's most likely gone. Sometimes though they get filtered and dumped by the ISP. Failing that, get in touch with their webmaster, who should be able to register you manually. On my forum I get 3 or 4 mails a week from people that either don't get the mail or can't get the activation link to work for whatever reason. And there's more that just never bother to chase it up...

    Now with extra BLOGiness!

I never heard a response from several tech support emails I sent them. I don't think anyone is home at Saitek.

(checked all the spam filters and such - no Saitek mail)

It's a shame developers are not listening to their customers any more.

And I bet people still have their jobs too that handle those situations....

I tried regestering a few months ago and never got an email, not even in the junk folder.

Shame companys are like this, it reminds me of infinity ward the developers who make call of duty, they never listen to the customers

Something similar happend to me. I got it the second time and it took a few days for my account to be approved. I posted my problem and after a few questions and suggestions, I got this reply: 'Get in touch with your country's tech support people - this does look like a hardware issue of some kind (not one I've seen before though).' Wow, that's an amazing reply . And yeah right that you haven't seen it before. Another person mentioned he was having the same problem as me too. And what the hell am I supposed to do? I bought this from a retailer. Like they'll be interested in fixing a prodcut sold two years ago. This is useless. I'm going to get rid of mine and get the CH Yoke & quadrant.

I have the Saitek yoke system, but one button is no longer working and I am out of warranty. I will replace with CH when I can. Pity because Saitek would be a dfamn good system if they had heard of "service"
