Best visual ad-ons for me

I am awaiting parts for a new system.
Phenon 955
ATI 5670 Video Card
4 GB ram
Gigabyte MA790XT Mb
Windows 7
Plan on overclocking slightly
I am looking forward to better performance compared to my old Athlon 3000 system. which could only run MSFSX at pretty low graphics settings.

Anyway..I have searched around the site but still have a few questions.

I am interested in what ad-ons would be visually best for N. California..specifically San Francisco area.

-I fly mostly prop planes locally
-I enjoy seeing landmarks...my house would be better.
-Autogen features are also important
-I'd like things to look good at < 5,000 feet
I have looked into Mega scenery and others.

You're leaning in the right direction, but I would top off your wide area scenery with Aerosoft's San Francisco X. It'll work great for you, and includes detailed landmark structures.
