Maiden Flight

Talk about excitement! Taking a young stud out for the first time, I couldn’t wait to get home today from work. After doing all that I had to do, I sat down and loaded BRUCE into my simulator and took him for his maiden flight. He’s lovely and so, so pretty…..I had him at NAS Key West. I love the Keys one day I will go back for real! I will be very happy flying this little stud muffin at PEERHOVEN airways any day.

1. TODAY IN KEY WEST FLORIDA; Donna: “Loaded and ready for action!” Melissa: “Let’s go Donna!”

2. AFTER CLEARANCE; Donna: “Take Off Roll” Melissa: “Airspeed 80,85,95”

3. LIFT OFF; Donna: “Melissa lets go toward Miami.” Melissa: “No let’s go to Naples.” Donna: “What Naples? O.k. Naples.” Melissa: “No Miami” Donna: “What Miami? Make up your mind!” *heated discussion*

4. AFTER 1ST LOOP; Donna: “The islands look great, Hey is that the Peerhoven guys down there? And there all looking up at us, why?”

5. RADIO CRACKLES COMMAND; Donna: “OH Boy! The boss is calling us back, Mel did you tell him we where taking Bruce up?” Melissa: “No, I thought you did.” *arguing*

6. GIRLS ARGUING; Final Approach Donna: “You know its your fault, Mel” Melissa: ‘No it yours” *still arguing*

7. JUST BEFORE TOUCH DOWN; Almost there! Melissa: “What are you going to tell the boss?” Donna: “I’ll take the blame.” *Donna in soothing calm, voice.*

8. TAXING TO TERMINAL/OFFICE, Donna: “Don’t worry Mel, it will be O.K. I’ll tell him I was so excited that I forgot to mention we where going for a check flight, It will be O.K.” *Melissa sighs with relieve.*

9. PARKED; AND IN THE OFFICE OF THE BRANCH MANAGER; Donna: “Sir I’m sorry, but it was Melissa’s fault, she said that she had filed a flight plan and we where cleared for a check ride!!!” BOSS LOOKS ANGRILY AT MELISSA, WITH RULER IN HIS HANDS; *Melissa dumbfounded, bewildered, shocked, mad, angry.*

What will happen at Peerhoven Airways, and what about Melissa will she be alright? Will Donna continue flying Bruce? Will there boss forgive them? Tune in next time to see. Peerhoven Airways where the future is in the past!
